TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering as a student or signing up for our classes, you acknowledge that you understand, accept, and agree to the following terms and conditions as set out below.

THE RHETORIC COLLECTIVE LLP reserves the right to change our terms and conditions anytime without prior notice.

  1. GENERAL INFORMATION

  • You are required to complete a registration form and make full payment for your selected package to confirm your enrolment with THE RHETORIC COLLECTIVE LLP.

  • All fees quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

  • After registration, you may purchase your package at this page if you are paying by Credit Card.

  • For other payment methods, please email us at info@therhetoriccollective or WhatsApp/ Call +65 8892 5004.

  • Payment methods accepted: PayNOW, Bank Transfers, Credit Cards (MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX)

  • Packages purchased are non-transferrable unless approved by The Management.

2. USAGE OF SESSIONS

  • The learner should attend the first class within 2 weeks of purchasing a package.

  • Classes must be completed within the stipulated period for the respective class packages:

    4-session package: Complete within 4 weeks from the first session.

    12-session package: Complete within 16 weeks from the first session.

    24-session package: Complete within 28 weeks from the first session.

    48-session package: Complete within 1 year from the first session.

3. BOOKING OF LESSONS

  • After purchasing a package, you will receive a redemption code to book classes for the number of sessions you are eligible for.

  • You may book your sessions at this page by entering the code after clicking ‘Redeem Package’.

  • You may choose to book sessions for different timings, or to book recurring sessions for your convenience.

4. CANCELLATION OF LESSON / MAKE UP POLICY

  • We do not conduct make up lessons.

  • There will not be time extensions should you turn up late for your lesson.

  • Should you need to cancel a lesson after you have booked it, you may cancel it by logging in at this page. You may cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to the lesson without your session credit being forfeited.

  • Cancellations due to illness must be done at least 3 hours before the scheduled lesson and be supplemented with a valid Medical Certificate for the session credit to not be forfeited.

  • Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by The Management.

  • The Rhetoric Collective reserves the right to reject your entry to the school or participation in the lesson should you turn up ill for lessons. You will need to obtain a valid Medical Certificate for the day for the session credit to not be forfeited.

5. REFUND POLICY

The refund policy is only applicable to the standard purchase of packages and not for promotional packages, limited-time packages, or any packages that stated a clause to the contrary.

  • By terminating your package, you will be refunded the remaining amount after deducting classes you’ve attended at the retail base class price, along with any credit card processing fees.

  • We recommend pausing the policy first with our ‘Take a Break’ policy and re-visiting this option 4 weeks later.

6. ‘TAKE A BREAK’ POLICY

The ‘Take A Break’ policy is only applicable to the standard purchase of packages and not for promotional packages, limited-time packages, or any packages that stated a clause to the contrary.

  • The ‘Take A Break’ policy allows you to pause your package for up to 4 weeks before your package resumes with the stipulated time period for usage of packages.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

By enrolling as a student with THE RHETORIC COLLECTIVE LLP, you accept and agree that THE RHETORIC COLLECTIVE LLP may collect, use, or disclose, your personal data as provided to us as a result of your enrolment, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2021 and our data protection policy:

  • The processing of your enrolment as a student of THE RHETORIC COLLECTIVE LLP.

  • To contact you, your parent/guardian, or your emergency contact, about lessons, news, or any other updates that we deem relevant to you.

  • THE RHETORIC COLLECTIVE LLP reserves the right to use any photos/videos taken of our students at our premises or events, on any platform.
